To ensure the quality of service delivery, each of our partners goes through a rigorous application process and are carefully evaluated before being accepted to the platform.

We currently accept payments via wired transfer or Paypal. If you have another preferred method of payment please let us know.

We usually look to reply asap. However, due to the high volume of requests, our guarantee is a response within 24hrs.

In the unfortunate situation that you are unsatisfied with a service order, we'll see if we can further improve upon the original order. If you are still unsatisfied, a refund will be arranged accordingly.

Unfortunately no. Wesource does not stock nor sell hardware/parts. In the situation where some replacement or spare parts are needed for certain repairs, we will provide a quotation based on the market price and will only order these on behalf of the client upon written confirmation. Manufacturers will be responsible for all relevant warranties.
